Job Description :
We are currently seeking a full-time Property Manager/Assistant Project Manager to oversee and manage many of the repairs/renovation projects in our Skilled Nursing Facilities. We own 15 properties throughout the PNW, so there will be some travel involved. This person will need to be tenacious and a go-getter as we require a lot of time-management and organization. There are multiple concurrent projects that this person will act as the “face” of the organization as well as the point of contact for outside vendors. There will be lots of opportunities to learn and grown within the industry, in this role.
Job Description and Essential Duties
Source vendors to assist with project management
Schedule appointments with contractors and lead walkthroughs to secure bids.
Maintain communication with upper management to ensure efficient processes are being maintained.
Assist with project organization and project details.
General oversight over building conditions, overlook landscape and curb appeal details.
Assist with maintenance upkeep
Experience / Skills Required
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic computer skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Driver’s License
High School Diploma
Personable and Persistent
