Onsite Women’s Health is the preeminent developer and operator of 3D Mammography services within the OB/GYN profession across the country. What are your responsibilities?
As our organization continues to grow you will be very involved in pre-installation activities, marketing efforts, hiring of personnel and implementation of new practice locations in your specific region.
Your Goal: Work collaboratively to assure the successful opening of new practice locations.
Develop and maintain relationships with lead physicians and practice administrators
The ability to form strong relationships and problem solve effectively is a key attribute to this role.
Implement and manage Onsite’s Patient Capture Management Program (PCMP) within each client practice and remain consistent with the continuous improvement core value ONsite maintains in all aspects of its business
Foster a culture of promoting confidence in Onsite’s total breast health program
Maximize the client practice screening mammography, and when relevant, (SBUS) exam schedules by understanding both the practice and Onsite workflow operations while recommending and facilitating improvement measures.
Responsible for weekly patient compliance reporting
Ensure proper employee coverage at all times for all medical practices
Maintain all QA documents necessary to exceed annual FDA inspection requirements
Responsible for overseeing and maintaining ACR accreditation
Oversees all mammography tracking following MQSA guidelines and requirements
Assists the Radiologist with QA/QC reporting
We are seeking a Regional Manager who:
Has very engaging interpersonal skills to form relationships with staff and our customers
Has a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft programs and is very computer savvy
Has a commitment to hard work and patient satisfaction
Has the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Has the ability to work independently and see projects through to completion
Education & Minimum Qualifications Required
Ability to travel extensively required
College degree preferred
Able to quickly establish, develop, and maintain close, productive working relationships with a diverse array of personnel (medical professionals to administrative support)
Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to motivate and inspire direct reports and colleagues
Elevated business and interpersonal situational awareness and ability to take appropriate action
Capacity for critical thinking and attention to detail
Able to analyze and comprehend financial data and quantitative metrics
Experience within the healthcare industry, ideally within the OB/GYN, PCP, women’s healthcare or diagnostic imaging (especially mammography) sectors
Ability to multi-task across multiple priorities
Proven self-starter
Strong computer skills – Word and Excel (working knowledge of various EHR’s or PINk a plus)
Strong oral presentation and written communication skills
