Revenue Analyst
Gorman & Company is looking for a full time hotel Revenue Analyst who is committed to providing first class service as part of a collaborative team. This position will provide support to both the Brewhouse Inn & Suites in Milwaukee as well as the Stella Hotel & Ballroom in Kenosha. This position’s home office could be at either hotel.

As the Revenue Analyst on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:
Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
Identify new revenue opportunities.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Ability to compile and analyze data.
Optimize and expand distribution partnerships.
Challenge and influence hotels to improve service level and operational standards.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at the hotels.
Travel regularly to each hotel.
Embed a revenue management culture.
This position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Experience in a hotel of similar level preferred.
Strong analytical skills and hospitality experience to maximize sales.
May work weekends, some nights and holidays.
Positive, team focused, guest service centered leadership attitude.
