The JCC is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Business (SalesForce) Systems Analyst. This position is responsible for the business ownership of the agency Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software application and owns and facilitates all aspects of system usage by the various program departments. The Business Systems Analyst will continually identify and document business needs and requirements. This position will also work with JCC program staff to design, test, and implement new functionality and modify existing system to meet business needs. Responsibilities also include processing design work across various business teams and assisting with data standardization. This position works under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure the CRM system is managed in a way that facilitates program delivery, improved customer experience, and internal data management and reporting needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Serves as overall business and process owner for JCC CRM suite of applications. Manage system and ownership of all integrated applications.
Manages and leads a variety of business systems and process improvement projects across all integrated business software. Works with end-users to determine business requirements and ensure that information systems support business needs. Recommends new processes, systems, and enhancements.
Coordinates requirements gathering with users (internal, external). Documents requirements and process flow for use by development team. Develops rollout and training materials.
Work with 3rd party application vendors/partners to manage system implementation and overall ongoing administration.
Coordinates maintenance and support of existing applications including direct end user support, testing and verification of bugs, managing bug fixes, updating training materials, retraining, identifying, and defining enhancements end user customer demonstrations and end user customer training.
Develops applications slate. Works with program leaders to prioritize; this includes identification of interrelationships between integrated systems and the business processes they support.
As part of overall process improvement, works with user groups to develop end to end process maps, define application requirements, new work standard procedures to support new process which can increase productivity.
Ensures compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
Partners with IT team to ensure software is integrated and fully supported; communicates proactively to ensure proper support is received from vendor.
Own system and process reporting as needed by the business to support data-driven program decisions; create, update, and distribute reports and data for analysis as needed or required by the business.
May install and test programs at user sites.
Assume responsibilities as assigned for JCC special events.
Must actively promote and practice the organization’s Positive Rules of Communication.
Perform the MOD duties as assigned on a weekly and annual basis.
Perform other duties and assume additional responsibilities as needed.

Previous experience with SalesForce CRM and/or similar applications strongly preferred
Excellent knowledge of information systems and process improvement practices
Demonstrated work in process improvement and software implementation is preferred
Ability to balance business process with system functionality
Outstanding planning and organizational skills; ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical thinking and quantitative analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize
Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Education and/or Experience

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analysis, business administration or similar required; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
Minimum of five years of previous business analysis and/or related information technology experience
Prefer program or project management background or certification, but not required
