Job Description :

We offer a huge selection of perfectly maintained motorcycles, ATVs, dirt bikes and scooters for one-way rentals or guided tours between stores located in the most desirable tourist destinations in the world.

We are in search of a Service Technician to join our growing team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Competent in diagnosing and repairing Harley, Yamaha, Triumph and BMW Motorcycles with a strong emphasis on Harley.
Must be able to accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service.
Must be able to communicate repairs necessary both verbally and in writing to managers.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship.
Be able to work in a clean, professional manner.
Be able to follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides.
Be able to train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians.
Proficient in meeting deadlines and completing work productively and profitably.
Ownership of complete set of tools
Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department.
Follow company dress codes and be well groomed at all times.
Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and/or the dealership as a whole.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
From time to time work weekends, evenings and extra shifts to assist in company productivity with minimal tardiness.
Lightspeed experience a plus

Qualifications:

Must possess a current M1 motorcycle endorsement and a valid driver’s license
Previous motorcycle dealership experience (desired)
