Job Description :
Your Opportunity:
Greenheck Group is looking for a highly motivated student to work from January – August 2023. In this role, you will be responsible for daily ordering, assisting with supplier relationships, and assisting with cost savings analysis projects. This position will allow you to impact our business while learning about our company and culture.
What you’ll be doing:
A co-op may be solicited to undertake some or all of the listed duties and responsibilities below:
Daily placing and monitoring of purchase orders including expediting orders within the ERP system (SAP).
Communications with manufacturing, sales, and other internal customers regarding purchase order status.
Maintain and update pricing as needed.
Help to identify and develop alternate sources of supply for parts and materials.
Support and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
What you should have:
Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Supply Chain preferred).
On track to graduate in the next 3 years or less.
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Sourcing, supply chain, and ERP classroom experience preferred.

Interact and network with the intern & co-op group across the U.S. (about 50 total college students)
Be evaluated on your performance with a mid-term and final evaluation.
Present your projects and experiences to our company leaders and executives at the end of your term.
Participate in Fundamental Fridays – exposure to our business and business leaders.
Have the opportunity to take part in company sponsored volunteering.
