Description:
This position is responsible for supporting approval of supplier payments for the Corporate IT organization.This position is responsible for creating Ariba Service Entry Sheets and Goods Receipts to validate supplier materials and services for billing, perform 3-way match, follow up on billing or payment issues, track unbilled invoices for accruals, and other related duties.Tasks may include

Performing 3-way match on supplier material orders and services
Tracking POs and invoices
Serving as first point of contact for issues related to supplier payments
Working with AP and business partners on PO, invoice, and payment issues
Reporting status and issues to manager
Assists with special projects and analysis as directed

What we look for

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field
2-3 years of professional experience
Highly motivated individual, with ability to adapt to changing environment
Commitment to excellent Customer Service
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
Takes initiative and able to work independently
Ability to work under deadline
Experience in Ariba and SAP preferred
Experience in MS Access and Excel a plus
