Job Description :
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for CPA /Tax Preparation/Accounting Office
Job is approximately 30 hours per week.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
Client customer contact. Answer phone and greet customers
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Work with client database and file document management includes copying, and scanning documents and printing and distributing client files.
Communicate with clients regarding their file and documents, work to be completed.
Compose memos and emails to clients.
Bookkeeping – gathering financial documents and posting entries.
Requirements: Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Outstanding organizational skills. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent reading and comprehension skills. Proficient ability to detect errors and multi-task. Must be a team player. Quickbooks experience is preferred but not required.
Must have vehicle for office errands – post office, bank deposits, and client delivery of files. We pay for MONTHLY PARKING and REIMBURSE FOR MILEAGE.
