Job Description :
Looking for an organized, motivated and creative person to perform conceptual design, floor plan schematic design and produce construction drawings for commercial and specialized residential projects. The owner will be involved with the design process on all levels as needed for each project. Applicant must have project management experience to be able to perform those duties when needed between designing projects. The applicant must be self-reliant and proficient in problem solving in a fast paced design-build work environment.
Eligible employees can participate in the company’s revenue sharing program, be supplied a vehicle allowance, and may be eligible for healthcare benefits after completing 60 days of employment along with paid time off and paid holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
