Position Summary: The Cleaner is responsible for general housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness of the designated Affinity Living Community.

Job Responsibilities:
Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily
Clean office spaces on a regular schedule that is set by the maintenance supervisor
Using the apartment cleaning checklist, clean vacant apartment homes after each move out
Clean and organize the pool house. Tasks include straightening of the chairs on the pool deck, cleaning of the pool house public bathrooms (to include showers), and vacuuming and dusting of the amenity spaces attached to the pool house building
Remove soiled towels in the pool area and replace with freshly laundered towels daily
Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies
Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common area. Empty public trash cans
Clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks as regularly scheduled by the maintenance supervisor
Build strong rapport with all residents of the community
Comply with all Axis Residential LLC. policies and procedures
Comply with all Fair Housing laws

Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management is a plus
Physical Requirements:

Bending Moderate bending: 121-480 bends/day
