Job Description :
Chance Productions is currently hiring for a part-time Event Setup Specialist to set up appealing spaces for occasions in the greater Milwaukee and Chicago areas and throughout the Midwest in the Mount Pleasant, WI area. This general labor position earns a competitive wage of $20.00 – $24.00/hour, depending on experience as well as an overtime rate of 1.5x normal pay.

DAY-TO-DAY
This general labor position is open to part-time schedules, with overtime opportunities available. Working hours include weekend, early, and late shifts and occasional paid travel.
As an Event Setup Specialist, you provide critical assistance that guarantees our clients’ weddings, corporate parties, and other events go off without a hitch. Traveling to different locations, you work alongside your team to help set up equipment and get the space ready for attendees. You are an energetic person who is motivated to get the job done promptly and accurately.
Treating equipment carefully, you help unload materials from the truck and assist with setting them up. You also assist with raising our large Sperry tents over the event spaces. When the event is over, you help break down the equipment, take down the tent, and reload everything back into the truck. You enjoy helping to set the scene for our clients’ elegant parties!

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job including lifting over 40 pounds
Ability to use power tools or willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license preferred, increased hourly pay if able to drive company vehicles
