Job Description :
Our mission is to provide patient-centered medicine that allows our patients to take an active role in managing their primary care and specialty care through conventional, functional medicine and anti-aging health care options based on their personal and individual goals. Applicants should have knowledge of EPIC, scheduling, referral and prior authorization experience.
Administrative Duties (may include, but not limited to):
Using computer applications
Answering telephones
Greeting patients
Updating and filing patient medical records
Completing patient registration and check-in/check-out
Scheduling appointments
Handling and scanning correspondence, medical records and faxes
Education and Basic Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications
Prior medical office experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 – $18.00 per hour
