The primary job responsibilities of a Dunkin Donuts crew member include: Assisting customers at the cash register when appropriate Preparing food in a safe and responsible manner Keeping the store clean and well-maintained Helping fellow associates when needed with various tasks .
Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred

Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
