Running coaches or trail running coaches looking for work during their off-season is who we are targeting for our team of motivated professionals. You must be strong, athletic, active, enjoy being outdoors in all weather, and interested in being physical and engaged while at work. Our company, Flemings HL is hiring, and will be hiring, team members to assist us with holiday lighting installations on predominately commercial and municipal lighting displays throughout King County. Our company is a leader in the industry and holds itself at a very high standard. As such we are very particular about the caliber of person that joins our team.
Our goal is to pay people above average, treat them fairly while expecting high productivity along with a professional and positive attitude. 40 hour work weeks available with 10 hour shifts offering team members three day weekends.
We pay above average for this kind of work to make sure that we can find a great team. Team members will start out at $20 an hour! When a team member has proven themselves to be a valuable team member, the goal will be to advance them up to $35 an hour by the end of the season. We also have bonuses, $500 a month bonus with minimum commitment of a season.
