Audi Seattle is a top-performing Dealership, and we’re looking for a passionate and talented Customer Service Representative to join our Audi Service Drive team. The successful candidate should have previous experience in customer service, developing client relationships and have excellent follow-up. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the Audi Service Drive Manager and the rest of the Audi Service Drive team.
Any job offer will be conditioned on passing a drug test for the following substances: Benzodiazepines, Barbiturates, Methadone, Propoxyphene, Cocaine, Heroin, Codeine, Morphine, Amphetamines, PCP. We do not test for marijuana or THC.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with inquiries, both over the phone and in person.
Assist clients with appointment scheduling.
Collects payment from clients using a variety of payment methods.
Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Supports internal staff to ensure repair orders are properly closed out.
Account for all business and close out deposits.
Maintains a friendly and welcoming demeanor with all clients.
Utilizes excellent judgement on when and who to refer clients to for more information.
Requirements:
No experience needed – on the job training available. Hiring immediately!
Basic math and cash handling skills are required.
Six months of experience in a customer-service related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent conflict resolution and client management skills preferred.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude.
High school diploma or GED required.
Be at least 18 years of age.
