This role is an office / hybrid position located in Bardstown, KY.
What the Role Is
The Inventory & ERP Process Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining inventory control procedures for Heaven Hill Inc. This position will also provide support for administering inventory control processes/transactions insuring a high level of inventory accuracy. It will require coordinating and performing activities to monitor, reconcile and maintain inventory records, including cycle count processes. This position is also responsible for continuous improvement of overall processes within the ERP System (IFS). In addition, this position would become highly skilled in IFS processes and transactions with the ability to support advanced process development and implementation.
How You Will Spend Your Time?
Maintain processes within ERP system that ensures high levels of inventory accuracy and control; Monitor and report all cycle counting procedures
Report and maintain all inventory related transactions taking place at contract manufacturing facilities
Reconcile monthly inventory reports for all production facilities; Assist in the preparation and calculation of the semi-monthly FET liability for filing of excise tax returns
Performs inventory audits throughout the production lifecycle: Inspect documentation to ensure security and accountability of inventory, perform process and procedure verifications, perform periodic inventory control systems review
Identify and resolve data discrepancies in accordance with established business rules
Audit Master Data, including BOM and routings, for 100% accuracy;
Record scrap transactions ensuring appropriate approval has been given; Compile paperwork for scrap transactions and filing appropriate paperwork with TTB for destruction
Track and compile Supply Chain daily, weekly, monthly metrics. (ROM, Shipping performance, Distributor performance, Inventory, etc.)
Train & Develop ERP users on current processes along with continuously looking to improve upon those processes
Train as backup and Support Master Data Analyst as needed

Valued but not required skills and experience:
APICS or CPIM certifications
Previous experience with ERP systems
Prior experience in the distilled spirits or beverage industry
Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
