Cross Consulting Campaign Architect, Manager – Marketing Excellence

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and passionate strategic marketing manager to join our Cross Consulting marketing team to lead campaign design and execution for New Business and Brand Amplification programs.
What you’ll do:
Campaign Strategy and Planning
In conjunction with the Portfolio Strategist for Cross Consulting, develop, maintain, and drive prioritization of all marketing activities for the pipeline of new business and brand amplification initiatives
Lead the development of strategic messaging and positioning to differentiate Deloitte and advance awareness of capabilities, offerings, solutions, and successes across the broader organization and in the marketplace
Create integrated marketing campaigns to differentiate Deloitte. This includes collaborating with internal resources to produce marketing content and producing material suites over various channels (digital, print, social, video, etc.) to aid with local activation in targeted geographies
Proactively gather and communicate market and competitive insights to business stakeholders, to actively shape opportunities and campaign strategies
Implement programs that deliver on annual and quarterly marketing plans to meet business goals and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute agile plans and support tracking of alliance marketing investments
Develop strategic briefs (business case) for potential marketing campaigns; drive approval process for campaigns with key leadership
Engage other Campaign Architects to coordinate campaign activities and pull in other capabilities, as appropriate
Engage Green Dot Agency (internal agency) in the execution of campaigns; oversee, in conjunction with Agency, the delivery of campaigns
Serve as a liaison between key stakeholders, Brand, Green Dot Marketing and Communications, Deloitte Digital, and the major portfolios and business entities of Consulting
Drive messaging and campaign content communication, adoption, and integration across Consulting portfolio teams
Manage overall marketing calendar, including major campaigns, product/offering launches, major events, and core marketing maintenance activities
Bring strategic insight to help support rapid response to emerging and breaking market trends to deploy agile campaigns to reach target audiences and influencers.
Bring innovative thinking and marketing practices to all Consulting marketing activities
Budgeting and Measurement
Plan and manage marketing budgets for campaigns
Develop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success, with a relentless focus on actioning against insights, agile optimization, and partnership with sales to drive client demand
Report periodic results and optimize campaigns against data-driven insights
Serve as marketing advisor to key stakeholders within areas of responsibility – assist with the articulation of value propositions, develop marketing objectives in support of key priorities and serve as connection point across Deloitte and the firm
Work with and advise SC&E business strategists to define audience goals, targeting strategies and deploy engaging tactics

Communications professional with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, and/or Business, is required
Proven success in developing and executing internal communications strategies/plans for a large business, preferably in professional services
Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities
Strong executive presence and comfort working with and advising senior management
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data into meaningful insights and strategies
Detail-oriented with fantastic follow-through skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills-including effective storytelling and presentation skills
Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a cross-functional, virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and/or professional services a plus
Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity
Proficient in MS Office suite-including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Drive; knowledge of the latest internal communications measurement platforms a plus
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
